The key to getting the most from your pool investment is proper planning and design from the beginning. Burleson Pool Co., Inc. can offer you complete design assistance with custom pool design drawings generated within their CADD department. Upon selecting your custom pool design, we will carefully walk you through the following steps of the construction process.

Step 1

After planning, the first stage is to carefully lay out the overall shape for excavation.  A variety of specialized equipment is employed by our people at this stage.

Step 2 & 3

Built-in equipment like plumbing, automatic cleaning systems and surface skimmers, underwater lights, etc. are carefully placed for maximum efficiency.
A strong web of heavy steel rebar is placed within the entire pool structure for overall monolithic integrity.

Step 4

The concrete is applied under extremely high pressure, covering the web of rebar.

Steps 6

The ceramic waterline tile border is installed to waterproof as well as aesthetically highlight the shape and look of your pool.
A coping of your choice shall be installed upon the completion of the waterline tile. Brick and natural stone pavers are available to you in a variety of colors and finishes.

Step 5

Adding the coping and deck.

The Final Steps

Once your coping is complete, we recommend that your pool decks, landscaping and sod are inplace before plastering the interior of the pool. The final and most important step is selecting a color for the interior surface of the pool. We provide a variety of colors ranging from light to dark plaster finishes. Your Burleson Master custom crafted pool is now ready for years of enjoyment!

Plastering the pool is the last part before the water
is added.
